Assistant Professor at Facultad de Ciencia e Ingeniería en Alimentos y Biotecnología, Universidad Técnica de Ambato.

At the Universidad Técnica de Ambato, I serve as a member of the academic staff within the Biotechnology undergraduate program. In this capacity, I instruct on a variety of subjects, including Biology, Genetics, Enzymology, Molecular Biology, and Agricultural Biotechnology.
